Lectures in large group in which the essential theoretical contents will be presented. Invited professors will deliver several classes about clinical diagnostic and biotech business (biosensors, microarrays, mass and clinical genetic sequencing). Practical classes will include immunohistochemical techniques, genetic diagnosis and analysis of genetic data. The students must deliver one seminar. The course also include discussion sessions on practical cases .
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
The course is assessed by a variety of methods, including attendance, written examinations, oral presentations, essays, poster preparation and dissertation.
