3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

This subjects concerns to psychological and social aspects of nursing cares. Contents are divided into 3  blocks: Health Psychology, general Social Psychology and Social Psychology applied to Health. We will study about human behaviour conceptual models, social cognition (social perception and causal attribution), interpersonal relationship, communication, social influence, attitudes, group dynamics, stress and its influence on health and cronic illness. The seminars are focused on adquiring essential skills in order to improve interpersonal skills (relaxation, group dynamics, and verbal and non-verbal communication skill training).

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Exercises required per week and exam paper.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The exam will have 30 test questions with 4 options. The wrong answer will substract 0.11 and the correct ones will add 0.33 points.
