3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION
- Introduction to computer software for statistical analysis. Basic issues
- Descriptive statistic: central tendency and dispersion
- The normal distribution of data
- The Confidence interval concept
- Probability. Hyphotesis testing
- Correlations
- Bivariate analysis: difference of proportions (chi square test) and difference of means ( parametric and non-parametric test)
- Estimation of sample size, according the statistic test.
- Analysis of variance ( ANOVA), Testing difference of means with more than 2 groups
4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Learning methods include:
- Lectures
- Seminars and practical activities, using computer classroom
- Problems resolution and asignments, using e-learning platform
- Personal learning throught UJA e-learning platform
