Theme 6. Practical examples of project management
The teaching methodology will consist, first, in theoretical classes in which student participation is encouraged and where the fundamental theoretical aspects of design, control and management of projects in the field of geomatics will be explained.
Total: 10 contact hours.
On the other hand, and with the participation of external teachers of great experience, different examples of projects implemented in our country and abroad, to provide direct knowledge to students in real projects are displayed.
Total: 18 contact hours.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
The evaluation will serve to assess whether the student / a has achieved learning outcomes expected for this subject (R27, R28, R29) and assigned the appropriate competencies (CB10, CB12, CB14, CB25, CE11, CG3, CG4, CT1 , CT2, CT7).
The evaluation will consist of three parts: attendance, theory and workshops.
The evaluation of the first part will be done through attendance control in both classes (CB12, CB14, CB25, CG3, CG4, CT1, CT2, CT7).
Section evaluation basics will be done through a written test which includes the total theoretical and practical content of the subject (CB12, CB14, CB25, CG3, CG4, CT1, CT2, CT7).
Finally, evaluation of the part concerning the practical cases will be based on the delivery of the work performed or reply to questions raised (CB10, CB12, CB14, CB25, CE11, CG3, CG4, CT1, CT2, CT7).

The final grade will result from performing a weighted average of the rating of the three parties (attendance, theory + problems and practices), and its weight of 0.05, 0.60 and 0.35 respectively.
For this average is performed you will need to have achieved a minimum score of 4 points in each of the parts of theoretical concepts and practical cases.
