4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Theoretical contents, examples and conferences in oral sessions.

Practical sessions: Seminars, discussions, solving cases and business tours.

Tutorial class, individual and in groups.

Attendance and participation (75%):
