Molecular diagnosis of human disease and personalized medicine. -Molecular markers. -Radio and chemosensitivity. 4. Gene therapy. -Concept and types. -Vectors for gene transfer in gene therapy. -Main diseases target of gene therapy treatment with special attention to cancer, monogenic disorders as muscular dystrophies and HIV-1 infection. -Therapeutic application of IPS cells Laboratory practice Effect of hypoxia on reactive oxygen species production
