Three didactic units subdivided into three sections each (1: lexical semantic, and communicative aspects; 2: grammar; 3: phonetics and pronunciation).
1. (a) Introductions. Food. Descriptions (b) Present Simple and Continuous, action and non-action verbs, past tenses, future forms. (c)Phonetics I. 2. (a) Telling stories. Transport & travel. Saying numbers. (b) Perfect tenses, present perf & past simple, present perfect continuous, comparatives & superlatives, phrasal verbs. (c) Phonetics II. 3. (a) Manners, judgement, renting a flat, informal letters. (b)Modals: ability, deduction, obligation, possibility. (c) Phonetics III.
Lectures (1 hour per week) and practical seminars (3 hours per week).
