3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

1.- This topic pretend to give an introductory view of the contents of the definition of employment, employment policy, and regulatory framework that has an impact on the management of employment policies, from the international to the local, passing by the EU, the State and the Regional Communities

2.- Develop each of the areas and topics of the employment policy. Policies of supply, demand and intermediation

3.- Comparative analysis of the different territorial models of employment policy, especially focussing on the state level and autonomic. Reference models and praxis differentiated

4.- Labor Mediation as a process of rapprochement of the unemployed to employment. The role of the different instruments of intermediation. The potential for the development of the activity for the social worker

5.- The local development and the generation of projects and resources of endogenous as animators of the employment. The possibilities of the third sector in social inclusion of people with special difficulties of access to the labor market

6.- The management of employment initiatives from the different territorial spaces. Practical Models and exportable to the daily work

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

ESTA ASIGNATURA SE OFERTA TAMBIÉN EN FRANCES, NIVEL 1 (PATIE)

The participatory methodology will be still in the master-classes for the submission of theoretical contents in the that will enhance and assess the student learning through reflection and the own conclusions.

Practices will be aimed at increasing the possibilities for learning the theoretical contents so that the student be able to perform them and inquire, even having present the realization of his future work.
