3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Unit 1. Smart city concept . Variables: environment, energy , mobility, people , governance.

Unit 2 . Basis for monitoring and intelligent management of cities by means of geomatic techniques .

Unit 3. Smart Territory. Concept . Basis for monitoring and intelligent management of the territory by means of geomatic techniques.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The lectures will include keynote presentations of theoretical concepts of the subject and examples, as well as conferences on issues of interest .

Practical classes include practical problems supported by ICT tools in the computer classroom .

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

To pass the subject will be necessary to pass the theoretical examination and practical work of the subject independently.

The final score of the subject will be calculated taking into account the weighting of each of the parts ( theory and practicals ).
