3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

- Close range systems. Data acquisition and data processing. Applications.

- Unmanned aerial systems (UAS).Data acquisition and data processing. Applications.

- High resolution Remote Sensing. Hyperspectral and thermal systems. Data acquisition and data processing. Applications.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Lectures will involve:

- Theoretical lessons by means of master classes with student participation.

- Practice lessons based on the use of photogrammetric workstations, project based learning examples (including the use of UAS), seminars, use of specific software (both photogrammetric and remote sensing) and practice exercises.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The assessment has three parts: attendance, theory+exercises andpractice. 

Attendance: attendance will be controlled both at theory andpractice lessons. It is required at least a minimum of 70% attendance.

Theory+exercises: written exam which includes the theoreticaland practice contents of the subject and some exercises orproblems.

Practice: the assessment is based on the submission of theprojects and exercises made during the practice lessons and theactual own-developed project.

The final mark will be the weighted average of the three parts(attendance, exam and practice), being the weights 0.05, 0.60 and0.35, respectively.

In order to pass the subject, it is necessary to get at least 5.0 (5.0 out of 10) in both theory+exercises and practice parts.
