Topics:
1- Systematic reviews.
- Types of reviews. Narrative review and systematic review.
- Steps in systematic review. Searching strategies.
2- Synthetizing quantitative studies. Meta-analysis. Software for doing meta-analysis
3- Synthetizing qualitative studies. Methods for synthesis of qualitative research: meta-synthesis and meta-study.
4- Critical appraisal of systematic reviews. Using check-list.
- Lectures and discussion in the whole group
- Practices with computers (using specific software)
- Seminars
