This course consists of an introduction to issues in robotics, focusing mainly on industrial manipulator and service robots. The course includes experimentation on commercial industrial manipulators and real mobile robots constructed, firstly, by yourself with the LEGO-based robotic kit and later, with specific materials. Through these projects, students will learn how to design a mobile robot, to write programs that control a physical device and above all, to follow a project from an initial idea through design to implementation in a popular field such as robotics.

To pass the course, it will be neccesary attending to class and passing different exams.
