3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Lesson 1: Law as a way of social organization and as a regulatory system. Law and Society. Law and Moral. Law and Power.

Lesson 2: The legal standard: internal structure, types and features.

Lesson 3: The legal system: unity, coherence and completeness.

Lesson 4: Sources of Law. Statutory law and judicial law.

Lesson 5: The legal relation. Subjective rights. Legal duty.

Lesson 6: The application and interpretation of law.

Lesson 7: The legitimacy of law. Theory of Law and Justice.

Lesson 8: The effectiveness of law. Obedience to law.

Lesson 9: Legal Argumentation. Criteria for evaluating the rationality of the law: linguistic, systemic, pragmatic, teleological and ethical criteria.

Lesson 10: The Legal Argument in the field of judicial decisions: interpretation criteria (general and specific criteria).
