3. Minerals and rocks

4. Mineral, hydric and energetic geological resources. External and internal geological risks.

5. Meteorization. Soils: concepts components and features. Classification and main types.

III. HISTORY OF THE EARTH

6. Methods of analysis. The geological record.

7. Main events in the Precambrian, Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic

IV. HISTORY OF LIFE

8. The fossils.

9. Evolution of life and biodiversity.

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

35% from a practical exam, 45% from the final theory exam. To obtain this mark it is necessary  a mark of a ion and exercices it least of 4 in both exams. Rest of the claificatio ncorresponds to works, praticipation, attendance and exercices in class.
