Cuarto curso. Primer cuatrimestre
The attendance and continuous monitoring of the classes is very convenient. Students are expected to follow good academic practices. Any abnormal circumstances occurred in the classroom empowers the teacher to take the measures he deems appropriate, including expulsion.
As established in the Regulations for the Academic Regime and Student Assessment of the University de Jaén in its article 11.2 e) "The audio or video recording of teaching activities, by any medium, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the teacher. Any initiative recording without the corresponding express authorization from the teacher will be the reason for opening disciplinary file ".
Students who present specific needs for educational support, must notify it personally to the Service of attention and aid to the student to proceed to carry out, where appropriate, the curricular adaptation correspondent.El alumnado que presente necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo, lo ha de notificar personalmente al Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante para proceder a realizar, en su caso, la adaptación curricular correspondiente.

The theoretical classes will be of exposition with the promotion of the participation of the students in debates and problem solving. The practical classes will be developed through presentations, resolution of cases and other activities related to the strategic analysis of the company.

The evaluation system of the subject includes a summative-formative evaluation option of the part practice, in which continued participation throughout the semester will be valued. Therefore, the system of evaluation is made up of the following: - A theory exam (7 points) which will require, at least, obtaining 3.5 points. - Some practical activities (3 points) in which it will be required, as a minimum, to obtain 1.5 points. Of Likewise, it will be compulsory to attend at least 80% of the practical class sessions.
This system of Evaluation will be valid both for the ordinary call of exams and for the extraordinary ones. For him students who cannot carry out a face-to-face follow-up of the classes, a single evaluation may be carried out final of both the theoretical and practical part of the subject with the following grade weight: 7 theoretical exam points; 3 practical points of the subject. In this case, the minimums will also be maintained. 50% in each of the parts (3.5 and 1.5 points respectively) to be able to make the total sum of the ratings. The evaluation criteria that will be taken into account for the evaluation of both the theoretical part as from the practice will be the correct structure of the answer, the use of a correct vocabulary and precise, spelling, clarity of exposition and reasoning of personal contributions as well as, logically, the degree of knowledge of the contents evaluated. In the development of the classes and with the Various tests to be carried out will assess the competencies: E12, G1, G6, G7, G14 and G17. Likewise, it will be take into account the degree of achievement of learning outcomes number 5, 8 and 9.
Finally, the students of the University of Jaén have the inexcusable duty to accept as good practice academic to refrain from the use or cooperation in fraudulent procedures in the tests of evaluation, in the works that are carried out or in official documents of the University. In the tests of evaluation It is strictly forbidden to carry any type of device, notes and teaching material from the subject, except for the one publicly authorized by the teaching staff in each assessment call, which is It will notify the students well in advance of its completion. The teaching staff will be trained to take the measures it deems appropriate to warn and, where appropriate, expel the student from the test or to the student who practices fraud in the evaluation, especially in the modality of written tests. At any time during the evaluation test, the teaching staff may request the identification of the student, who must prove their personality by displaying their national identity document, passport or any other officially recognized identification. In case of Failure to identify properly the student may be expelled from the test, taking all the effects as if it had not been presented to it.

Teaching methodology and training activities In a multimodal or mixed scenario, we proceed to substitute part of the face-to-face teaching (lectures in large group) as well as face-to-face tutorials, through virtual teaching through the use of activities synchronous and asynchronous to a part of the students, taking into account the capacity of the classrooms, in compliance with the established sanitary measures. EVALUATION SYSTEM

Finalidad: Conforme a la Ley de Universidades y demás legislación estatal y autonómica vigente, realizar los exámenes correspondientes a las asignaturas en las que el alumno o alumna se encuentre matriculado. Con el fin de evitar fraudes en la realización del mismo, el examen se realizará en la modalidad de video llamada, pudiendo el personal de la Universidad de Jaén contrastar la imagen de la persona que está realizando la prueba de evaluación con los archivos fotográficos del alumno en el momento de la matrícula. Igualmente, con la finalidad de dotar a la prueba de evaluación de contenido probatorio de cara a revisiones o impugnaciones de la misma, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, la prueba de evaluación será grabada.
Legitimación: cumplimiento de obligaciones legales (Ley de Universidades) y demás normativa estatal y autonómica vigente.
Destinatarios: prestadores de servicios titulares de las plataformas en las que se realicen las pruebas con los que la Universidad de Jaén tiene suscritos los correspondientes contratos de acceso a datos.
Plazos de conservación: los establecidos en la normativa aplicable. En el supuesto en concreto de las grabaciones de los exámenes, mientras no estén cerradas las actas definitivas y la prueba de evaluación pueda ser revisada o impugnada.
Derechos: puede ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación, oposición, supresión, limitación y portabilidad remitiendo un escrito a la dirección postal o electrónica indicada anteriormente. En el supuesto que considere que sus derechos han sido vulnerados, puede presentar una reclamación ante el Consejo de Transparencia y Protección de Datos de Andalucía www.ctpdandalucia.es
